Who is responsible
Ronnell Richards LLC operates Sales Athlete Training and is the data controller / data fiduciary for account and training data. This plain-language draft is intended to support GDPR and India DPDP requirements, but requires legal review. The operator must publish its registered address, privacy contact and grievance channel before launch.
What we collect
Account name, email, sign-in identifiers, optional headshot, seller settings (offer, industry, buyer titles and company size), training transcripts, prep inputs, grades, practice activity, streaks, team memberships, subscription status, usage and voice minutes. We keep consent choices with timestamps, notification preferences and your time zone. Stripe processes card details; the app does not store full payment-card numbers.
Live audio and uploaded recordings
The microphone is used for real-time practice with ElevenLabs. Live audio is processed to provide the conversation, not stored by the app; only transcripts are retained for grading. Uploaded video stays on your device for playback while the page is open; audio is sent for transcription. Do not upload recordings without required permissions. Provider retention settings and contractual promises must be verified before launch; this policy does not claim provider compliance has already been audited.
Why we process data
We use account and training data to provide coaching, personalize reps, save work, secure accounts, support billing and enforce limits. Under GDPR, the intended bases are contract, legal obligations and narrowly assessed legitimate interests for security. Optional marketing and non-essential cookies rely on consent. Under India DPDP, we provide a clear notice and obtain consent where required; counsel must validate the applicable grounds and notices. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and consent
Accepting Terms and Privacy is required to use the app. Marketing consent is separate, optional and unticked. You can withdraw marketing consent and change each email preference in Settings without losing training access. Essential cookies keep you signed in; non-essential cookies remain off unless you accept. You can change your cookie choice in the footer.
Providers, teams and international transfers
Stripe provides billing, ElevenLabs provides voice and transcription, AI providers generate feedback, and hosting/auth/storage providers run the app. They receive only data needed for their services. Team admins receive activity and levels, not private transcripts unless you choose to share. Providers may process data outside your country. Before launch, the operator must verify contracts, subprocessor details, transfer safeguards and any required India restrictions.
Retention and security
Account settings, saved transcripts, grades and activity are retained while your account is active, until you delete them or your account. Account deletion removes app-owned personal records; payment providers may retain tax, fraud or compliance records for legally required periods. Backup expiration and legally required retention periods must be finalized and documented before launch. Access controls scope private data to the owner; no system can promise perfect security.
Access, export, deletion and grievances
Settings → Download my data provides a JSON export. Settings → Delete my account cancels subscriptions first and deletes account data, with confirmation. You may request correction, access, deletion, portability or withdrawal of consent via Contact, subject to applicable law and identity verification. GDPR rights may include restriction, objection and a complaint to a supervisory authority. India DPDP rights may include grievance redressal and nomination, as applicable. The operator must finalize the response procedure and statutory timelines before launch.
Children and updates
The service is for adults aged 18 and over, not children. Contact us if a child’s data was submitted. We will give notice of material privacy changes and obtain renewed consent when required.
