Your training agreement
Sales Athlete Training is operated by Ronnell Richards LLC. By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information. You must be at least 18. Keep your sign-in secure. These draft terms become applicable when accepted; material changes will require notice and renewed acceptance where legally required.
Subscriptions and renewal
Walk-On is free. Paid plans automatically renew monthly or annually at the price and billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled through Settings → Manage billing. Stripe handles payments. Taxes and charges are disclosed at checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period, then returns you to Walk-On without deleting saved work. Applicable mandatory consumer rights take priority. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; this draft does not waive statutory rights.
Voice minutes and top-ups
Voice allowances apply per billing month and are metered by actual call duration. Unused included minutes do not carry forward. A 60-minute top-up costs $10 and adds minutes to the current period only. When minutes run out, text practice remains available on paid plans. No voice is included in Walk-On.
Coaching, not a guarantee
Feedback is generated with AI using the coaching method. It can be incorrect, incomplete or biased. Review it critically. We do not guarantee meetings, revenue, employment, sales outcomes or accuracy. Coaching is educational, not legal, financial or professional advice.
Your content and recording permissions
You retain ownership of your settings, transcripts and submitted content. You authorize processing only to provide the service. Upload only recordings and transcripts you have the right to use, with all required participant consent. Do not submit sensitive information unnecessarily or another person’s confidential information without permission. Live practice audio is processed in real time and is not stored by the app; transcripts are saved for grading.
Teams, providers and acceptable use
Team admins see levels and activity, not private Film Room transcripts unless the seller explicitly shares a review. We use Stripe, ElevenLabs, AI providers and hosting providers to deliver the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access, resell accounts, infringe rights, or misuse AI or voice features. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use, with notice where required.
Data, termination and liability
See the Privacy Policy for collection, retention and your rights. You can download your data or delete your account in Settings. Deletion immediately cancels subscriptions before removing account data; it is different from canceling renewal alone. Records required by tax law or held by payment providers may remain. Liability limitations, governing law, disputes and refund policy require lawyer finalization before launch; mandatory rights are not excluded.
